血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平与老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者并发急性冠脉综合征的相关性研究 被引量:2

The Relationship between Serum Levels of Glutamyltranspeptidase and Acute Coronary Syndrome in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探究分析老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者并发急性冠脉综合征的发生与患者血清GCT(γ-谷氨酰转肽酶)水平的相关性。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月我院收治的老年患者243例作为研究对象,其中62例Ⅱ型糖尿病并发急性冠脉综合征(DA)患者为DA组,93例Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)患者为DM组,88例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)为ACS组,选取81例同期来我院健康体检者(NC)为NC组。用统计学方法比较各组的相关性。结果 DA组BMI大于NC组、DM组和ACS组,血清GGT、Hb A1c含量与LDL-C含量明显高于NC组、DM组和ACS组,TC、TG水平均高于NC组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于NC组(P〈0.05);血清GGT与TG、LDL-C水平呈正相关(r=0.637,0.720,P〈0.05)。结论血清GGT的数值升高与Ⅱ型糖尿病显著相关,及时监测社区居民老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清GGT水平,对排除急性冠脉综合征的发生具有重要意义。
