影响高血压口服降压药物依从性的相关因素及护理对策

Related influencing factors and nursing measures of oral antihypertensive drugs compliance in hypertension patients

目的探讨影响高血压口服降压药物依从性的相关因素并提出相应的护理对策。方法回顾性分析120例高血压患者的临床资料。口服降压药物依从性好62例(51.67%)作为依从性好组,依从性差者58例(48.33%)作为依从性差组。比较两组患者高血压疾病知识、年龄、不良心理反应、降压药物的副作用、经济收入等差异。结果依从性好组年龄、不良心理反应、对高血压疾病了解程度、降压药物副作用、经济收入等均明显优于依从性差组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄、不良心理反应、对高血压疾病的认知程度、降压药物的副作用、经济收入是影响高血压患者口服降压药物依从性的主要因素,应通过提高对老年人的关注程度、开展健康宣教、提高心理护理、根据其具体经济条件选择合理药物、指导患者用药等方面来提高其治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate related influencing factors of oral antihypertensive drugs compliance in hypertension patients, and to provide corresponding nursing measures. Methods Clinical data of 120 hypertension patients were retrospectively analyzed. There were 62 cases（51.67%） with good compliance for oral antihypertensive drugs as good compliance group, and 58 cases（48.33%） with poor compliance as poor compliance group. Comparisons were made on hypertension knowledge, age, adverse psychological reactions side effects of antihypertensive drugs, and financial income between the two groups. Results The good compliance group had much better age, adverse psychological reactions, hypertension knowledge, side effects of antihypertensive drugs, and financial income than the poor compliance group. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The main influencing factors of oral antihypertensive drugs compliance in hypertension patients include age, adverse psychological reactions, hypertension knowledge, side effects of antihypertensive drugs, and financial income. It is necessary to improve compliance in patients through improvement of attention for senile patients, application of health education, psychological nursing, rational drug choice in accordance with financial status, and medication guidance.
