中医温病湿热证动物模型实验的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 制备中医温病湿热症的动物模型。方法 根据中医有关温病湿热证的病因病理学理论及临床湿热病的发病症状 ,主要从“湿”、“热”和“邪毒”三个方面模拟湿热病发病条件 ,对大鼠施加各种处理因素。结果 给大鼠高脂高糖、高温高湿及病原微生物后 ,模型大鼠红细胞超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)活性显著降低 ,而丙二醛 (MDA)含量显著升高 ,与临床报道结果相符合。而单纯改变饮食环境条件 ,大鼠SOD活性改变 ,MDA水平无显著变化。在三种因素同时作用下 ,模型大鼠红细胞免疫功能显著改变 ,大鼠红细胞C3 b受体数降低 ,而免疫复合物花环数升高。结论 湿热模型的研究结果表明 ,临床湿热证与多因素同时作用有关 ,其造模方法简单 ,重复性好。 Aim To develop the wetness-heatness syndrome animal model with seasonal febrile diseases.Methods The animal model were deposed by multiple factors,as high-fat and high-carbohyolrate diet,heatness and wetness climate and pathogenic biological factors.The model was much similar to etiological-pathotogical theory of TCM seasonal febrile,also to clinical main symptoms and signs.Results The activity of SOD reduced evidently, but the content of MDA rised evidently. This is concidence with other clinical report. The SOD activity and MDA content were no evidently change in the group only with diet-changed.Conclusion The experiment with such effect factors show that red cell immunity function had distinct change,receptor number of red-cell's C 3b reduced distinctly,but the immune complex ring number rised.Our conclusion is multiple factors to produce animal model is similar to clinical syndrome.This method is easy to operate with good reproducibility and good practicability.
