中药塌渍合并盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗股癣60例

Traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with terbinafine hydrochloride cream in the treatment of 60 tinea cruris cases

目的观察中药塌渍合并盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗股癣的临床疗效。方法 120例股癣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。治疗组施以中药塌渍洗剂合并盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗;对照组仅采用盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率85.0%,对照组痊愈率66.7%,两组痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.50,P<0.05);经过3周治疗后,两组真菌阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.18,P<0.05);随访3个月,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.19,P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍合并盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗股癣疗效显著,复发率低,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with terbinafine hydrochloride cream in the treatment of tinea cruris. Methods A total of 120 patients with tinea cruris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with terbinafine hydrochloride cream for treatment, and the control group received terbinafine hydrochloride cream for treatment alone. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment group had cure rate as 85.0%, and the control group as 66.7%. The difference of cure rate between the two groups had statistical significance（χ2=5.50, P0.05）. After 3 weeks of treatment, the difference of fungal positive rate had statistical significance between the two groups（χ2=5.18, P0.05）. After 3 months of follow-up, the difference of recurrence rate between the two groups had statistical significance（χ2=10.19, P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with terbinafine hydrochloride cream in the treatment of tinea cruris provides precise effect and low recurrence rate. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
