The development trends of fine chemical industry in the world were summarized in the article, the present situation and development conditions of Ningbo were also stated. Deep processing of petrochemical and developing the advantage areas such as plastic additives and rubber ingredients were also recommended to improve the fine chemical industry of Ningbo.
