新型复合药型罩侵彻体成型的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 在串联战斗部的前级聚能装药结构中加入衬筒,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,研究衬筒、起爆方式和两罩材料对两段侵彻体性能的影响。结果表明:对于设计的前级聚能装药结构来说,无衬筒时不能形成有效前段侵彻体,反之,加入衬筒后可形成有一定头尾速度差的两段侵彻体,且衬筒直径为20~25 mm(0.35Dk左右),材料为铜时衬筒的截断作用最有效;当上罩选择锥形钛罩、下罩选择偏心亚半球钼罩,且采用双环起爆时形成的两段侵彻体性能最佳。 The lining was added to the tandem warhead of pre-shaped charge structure. The impact of the lining,detonating manner and the two liner materials on two-section penetrator performance was studied by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software. The results show that for the designed pre-shaped charge structure,the preceding effective penetrator can not be formed without the lining. On the contrary,the two-section penetrator with a certain speed difference of head and tail can be formed after adding the lining. When the lining's diameter is 20-25 mm(about 0.35Dk)and the material is copper,the lining's cutting function is the most effective;When the top liner is the cone of titanium liner,the bottom liner is the eccentric subhemisphere of molybdenum liner,and the two-section penetrator performance reaches the best for the double ring detonation.
