摘要
针对温度对13Cr材料在完井液中腐蚀性能的影响,采用电化学法测试评价13Cr在不同温度完井液中的腐蚀行为,并用显微系统观察其表面腐蚀形貌。结果表明:13Cr材质在不同温度下均表现出良好的钝化特性,随着温度的升高,13Cr材质的抗腐蚀性逐渐降低,由于钝化膜的形成,60℃以上时腐蚀速率趋于稳定;由于钝化膜较为疏松,60℃以上时以点蚀为主,但未出现全面腐蚀。因此13Cr材质在完井液中具有较好的抗腐蚀性。
As to the effect of temperature on corrosion performance of 13 Cr materials in completion fluid medium,the electrochemical method was used to evaluate the corrosion behavior of 13 Cr in different temperature completion fluid medium,and the surface corrosion morphology was observed by microscopy system. The results show that the 13 Cr materials show good passivation properties at different temperatures. With the increase of temperature,the corrosion resistance of 13 Cr material is gradually reduced. Due to the formation of passive film,the corrosion rate tends to be stable above 60 ℃. Because the passive film is loose,the pitting corrosion is main when the temperature is above 60 ℃. Therefore,13 Cr material has good corrosion resistance in the completion fluid medium.
