摘要
为增加弹丸对陶瓷复合装甲的侵彻能力,在30 mm制式弹头部采用增韧Tc材料,与制式弹进行对比,研究2种不同结构弹丸对标准陶瓷复合靶的侵彻能力,重点分析对比弹头结构和材料对陶瓷复合靶的侵彻。在相同条件下,对比分析制式弹和Tc复合弹对装甲钢板侵彻孔径的影响。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行模拟仿真,模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,结合仿真结果,进一步分析余速和弹芯剩余质量对弹丸的侵彻能力。
In order to improve the penetration performance of projectiles to the ceramic composite targets,the 30 mm projectile was equipped with a toughened Tc warhead. By comparing with the standard projectile,the penetration performance of 30 mm projectile with a toughened Tc warhead to standard ceramic composite targets was experimentally researched. The effects of warhead structure and materials on the penetration performance were mainly analyzed. Under the same conditions,a comparative analysis on the perforation aperture of the armor plates was made. A simulation was carried out by ANSYS/LSDYNA,and the simulated results basically agree with the test results. Combined with the simulation results,further analysis on the penetration performance was given in terms of the residual velocity and mass of bullet core.
