薄壁半球壳体高精度装焊夹具

High precision assembling-welding fixtures of thin-walled hemispherical shell

摘要 尺寸精度要求高的薄壁球壳在进行环形焊缝焊接时,必须避免"塌腰变形"。应用设计结构合理的装焊夹具,薄壁球壳的"塌腰变形"得到控制,保证薄壁球壳的尺寸精度并提高产品合格率。 When thin-walled spherical shell with high dimensional accuracy was circumferentially welded,the problem of'the collapse of deformation'must be avoided. The assembling-welding fixtures with reasonable structure were designed and applied.The problem of'the collapse of deformation'of thin- walled spherical shell was controlled,which not only ensure the dimensional accuracy of the thin-walled spherical shell,but also improve the rate of qualified products.
