摘要 针对工程陶瓷磨削损伤现象,探讨材料去除与损伤机理,综述国内外基于断裂力学和损伤力学的损伤建模技术在工程陶瓷磨削损伤领域的研究进展。对单颗磨粒建模和砂轮三维形貌建模方法进行总结讨论,在此基础上介绍数值模拟技术在工程陶瓷磨削损伤研究中的应用现状。指出基于细观损伤力学,实现针对力热耦合作用下工程陶瓷磨削损伤的数值模拟,最后就这一方向的深入研究工作做展望。 Considering the grinding damage of engineering ceramics,the paper discusses the mechanism of material removal and damage of engineering ceramics grinding. Based on fracture mechanics and damage mechanics,the research progress of the modeling technique in the field of engineering ceramics grinding damage in China and abroad is presented. At the same time,the single abrasive grain modeling method and the three- dimensional topography modeling method of grinding wheels are summarized and discussed. This paper also reviews the application situation of numerical simulation technology in the area of engineering ceramics grinding damage. It points out that mechanical-thermal coupled numerical simulation on the basis of mesodamage mechanics has an important significance. A prospect in this aspect is given at the end.
