摘要
镁合金焊接接头是决定镁合金焊接结构疲劳寿命的关键部位,镁合金焊接结构疲劳失效常发生在焊接接头处,其机理及延寿技术的研究对扩大镁合金应用范围具有重要作用。简述镁合金焊接接头疲劳曲线,综述镁合金焊接接头疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展机制,总结镁合金焊接接头延寿技术,概括镁合金焊接接头与其他轻质结构材料焊接接头疲劳性能的对比,最后对镁合金焊接接头疲劳性能进一步的研究方向进行展望。
Magnesium alloy welded joints are key parts to determine the fatigue life of magnesium alloy welded structure. The fatigue failure often occurs in the welded joints. Researches on the fatigue failure mechanism and technologies of prolonging fatigue life play an important role in applications of magnesium alloy. The fatigue curves of magnesium alloy welded joints are described. The fatigue crack initiation and propagation mechanisms are reviewed. Technologies of prolonging life of magnesium alloy welded joints are summarized. The fatigue properties of magnesium alloy welded joints are compared with that of other lightweight structural materials. Finally,the development direction of fatigue properties is forecasted.
