战略人力资源管理对情境双元型创新的影响研究

摘要 二十一世纪人类社会正在逐步走向知识经济时代,人才影响着企业核心竞争力,做好人力资源管理至关重要。人是企业基本组成单位,稳定的人力资源是企业持续发展的基石,在某种意义上来说人力资源关系着企业命运,一些核心人才的流失将直接影响企业运行。新时代背景下,企业需求的是创新型人才和知识型人才。对于企业来说,想要在激烈的市场竞争环境中占得先机,必须要创新。但创新虽然能够给企业带来机遇,提高竞争实力,却也会增加企业风险。组织创新往往与人力资源有着密切关系,战略人力资源管理将对情境双元型创新产生影响。本文将针对战略人力资源管理对情境双元型创新的影响展开分析和研究。
