探讨晨起空腹运动对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响

摘要 目的:探讨晨起空腹运动对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法:选取40例2型糖尿病患者,将其随机的分为两组:观察组20例和对照组20例。其中,我们对观察组中受试者进行晨起空腹运动的干预,每次30分钟,每周运动3次,并对受试者运动前后的血糖进行测量记录,共进行5个月即60次的晨起空腹运动。对照组则不进行任何干预,与观察组受试者检测血糖的同时进行血糖测量记录。结果:在观察组进行晨起空腹运动后,其平均血糖6.31mmol/L明显高于对照组的6.02mmol/L,且男性患者的血糖的6.29 mmol/L相比于对照组的5.97 mmol/L升高5.36%,女性患者的血糖的6.41 mmol/L相比于对照组的5.85 mmol/L升高9.57%,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。同时患者未出现低血糖不良症状出现。结论:晨起空腹运动会导致糖尿病患者的血糖升高,并不出现低血糖症状,因此不建议2型糖尿病患者进行晨起空腹运动。
