摘要
陕西某复杂难选含金铅锌矿结构复杂,为对其综合回收进行系统的试验研究。结果表明:采用优先浮选工艺,其中采用一粗-四精-二扫流程选铅,采用一粗-二精-一扫流程选锌,可获得铅锌互含符合标准的铅精矿和锌精矿,铅、锌回收率分别为88.62%、87.68%,铅精矿中金回收率为67.66g/t。试验研究较充分回收了铅、锌、金矿物资源,并为现场生产提供了技术指导。
An experimental study was systematically carried out on the comprehensive recovery of a lead-zinc ore containing gold,which had complex structure in Shaanxi.The results showed that conforming lead concentrate and zinc concentrate would be obtained by differential flotation,which included one roughing-four scavenging-two cleaning circle to recover lead and one roughing-two scavenging-one cleaning circle in zinc recovery.The recovery rates of lead and zinc were respectively 88.62% and 87.68%,and the gold recovery was 67.66g/t in lead concentrate.This research fully recovered main minerals such as lead,zinc,and gold,which could provide certain guidance for field production.
