摘要
粉尘是矿山最主要的职业病危害因素,严重威胁到矿山安全生产和职工身心健康。为了给矿山作业人员创造一个良好的工作环境,以某铜矿为研究对象,针对矿山井下采矿系统及地表选矿系统分别设计了一套经济合理的防尘系统,并对防护效果进行了现场实测。结果表明,综合防尘系统运行后,岗位粉尘平均浓度由原来的20mg/m3降低至2.5mg/m3左右,有效解决了矿山粉尘污染问题,具有广泛的推广应用前景。
As the main factor in mine occupational hazard,dust is a serious threat to the mine safety production as well as the staff's physical and mental health.In order to create a good working environment for workers,a copper mine was taken as the research subject.Aimed at the underground mining system and dressing system,two reasonable sets of economic dust-removal system were designed respectively,and their protective effect was measured in field.The results showed that using the comprehensive dust control system,the mean concentration per position was decreased from 20mg/m3 to around 2.5 mg/m3,which effectively solved the dust pollution and had the widespread application prospect.
