斜井人车运行速度测试装置的研究与设计

Research and Design of Speed Test Device for Inclined-shaft Man-trip Car

摘要 针对斜井人车运行速度检测间接测试方法的弊端,应用多普勒测速原理研究开发了一种直接测速装置。新装置中的双波束微波传感器采用同腔振荡-混频结构,缩小了体积并增强了抗震性能;数据采集处理以数字信号处理器TMS320VC5402为核心,控制AD7821采样双路频移信号并经数字运算得到斜井人车的运行速度。试验结果表明,该装置提高了测试精度,且方便了现场检测。 Aiming at the disadvantages of indirect testing for the running speed of inclined-shaft man-trip car,a direct speed measuring device was proposed by Doppler velocity measurement principle.The double beam microwave sensor in the new device,using the structure of oscillator and mixer in the same cavity,reduced the volume and enhanced the seismic performance.For digital signal processing,the digital signal processor TMS320VC5402 was the core to control ADC to sample dual frequency shift signal and get the car speed through digital operation.The results showed that the new device could improve the testing accuracy and provide convenient for field tests.
