盐皮质激素受体拮抗剂在慢性心力衰竭中的最新研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 药物疗法是治疗心力衰竭常用的治疗方式,由于其成本较低,在临床使用广泛。多项临床随机试验已显示血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂及β受体阻断剂能有效治疗慢性心力衰竭伴左心室射血分数降低的患者(HFREF)。盐皮质激素受体拮抗剂(MRA)是又一个获得证实能有效改善HFREF患者的预后,然而MRA对于慢性心衰伴保留左心室射血分数的患者是否有效还存在争议。针对于此,笔者对MRA的作用机制及MAR在慢性心衰患者伴或不伴左心室射血分数降低的研究的最新进展进行综述。
