Safety evaluation index weight of construction site based on the risk preference information

摘要 建筑施工,安全第一.以建筑施工现场为研究对象,基于问卷调查和因子分析法构建了建筑施工现场安全评价指标体系,包含目标层、准则层、指标层三个层次共48个测项,满足了对施工现场安全状态和安全管理水平评价的需求;引入悲观度指数,改进和优化区间数层次分析模型,并通过增加约束条件,给出了满足一致性逼近要求的区间数判断矩阵的构建过程及矩阵A(x)、半偏差矩阵的计算方法等;通过带有风险偏好信息的区间数互反判断矩阵的权重求解,对所构建的建筑施工现场安全评价指标体系进行赋权,提高了各指标权重的科学性,克服了传统评价方法过于依赖评价者的主观判断而导致的客观性不足问题;以青岛市西海岸医疗中心为工程实例,对模型进行验证分析. The construction, safety first. Taking the construction site as the object of the research, the safety evaluation index system of construction site is constructed on the basis of questionnaire survey and factor analysis. The system includes 48 test items according to three degrees of evaluation, target criteria and index layer, which satisfies the requirements for the evaluation of construction site safety status and safety management. Pessimism degree is introduced and analysis model for interval number level is improved and optimized and by adding to constraint condition, computing methods are given to satisfy the construction of consistency approximation for interval number judgment matrix as well as the matrix A(x) and half-deviation matrix △. Through the solution to the weight of interval number reciprocal judgment matrix with the risk preference information, the constructed safety evaluation index system of construction site is empowered with a result in the enhancement of scientific nature of the weight of each index and the avoidance of objective shortcomings which are caused by traditional evaluation methods relying on subjective judgments too much. Confirmatory analysis is applied to evaluate this model by introducing the project case of the medical center in the western coast of Qingdao.
