摘要
以乙烯基硅油为基体、气相法白炭黑为补强填料、含氢硅油为交联剂、铂络合物为催化剂、羟基硅油为白炭黑表面改性剂制备了加成型液体硅橡胶。通过扫描电子显微镜观察白炭黑在液体硅橡胶中的分布,采用电子万能试验机测试硅橡胶的力学性能。结果表明:添加2.2份羟基硅油对白炭黑进行表面处理后,液体硅橡胶的拉伸强度达到2.2 MPa,撕裂强度为8.17 k N/m。制造玻璃纤维绝缘软管的液体硅橡胶的最佳配方为:乙烯基硅油(m3000cs∶m1000cs=7∶3)用量100份,白炭黑用量10份,含氢硅油用量7份,铂催化剂0.2份,羟基硅油2.2份。将补强后的液体硅橡胶涂布在玻璃纤维软管上,能够满足玻璃纤维软管的性能要求。
An addition type liquid silicone rubber was prepared using vinyl silicone oil as matrix, the fumed silica treated by hydroxyl silicone oil as reinforcing filler, low-hydro silicone oil as crosslinked agent, platinum complex as catalyst. The distribution of fumed silica in liquid silicone rubber was observed by SEM, and the mechanical properties of liquid silicone rubber were tested by electronic universal testing machine. The results show that the tensile strength and tear strength of liquid silicone rubber are 2.2 MPa and 8.17 kN/m respectively after the fumed silica was treated by 2.2 portion of hydroxyl silicone oil. The optimum formula of liquid silicone rubber for the prepraration of fiberglass insulation hose are: 100 portion of vinyl silicone oil(viscosity 3 000 cs∶1 000 cs=7∶3), 10 portion of fumed silica, 7 portion of low-hydro silicone oil, 0.2 portion of catalyst, and 2.2 portion of hydroxyl silicone oil. When the liquid silicone rubber was used to coat the fiberglass hose, the performance of fiberglass hose could satisfy the requirements.
