西妥昔单抗联合紫杉醇治疗转移性尿路上皮癌1例并文献复习
摘要
尿路上皮癌（urothelial carcinoma，UC）是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤，主要发生在膀胱、前列腺、输尿管、肾盂、肾盏等部位。其中膀胱最常见，肾实质浸润为主的尿路上皮癌临床罕见[1]，且与肾肿瘤、炎症占位鉴别困难，易出现诊治的贻误。本例肾实质浸润型尿路上皮癌患者发病后即出现皮下、肺部多发转移，靶向联合化疗取得较好的疗效，现将诊治情况报告如下。
