摘要
以(垦丰14×垦丰15)×(黑农48×垦丰19)衍生的四向重组自交系群体的160个个体为试验材料,构建了一张含有154个SSR引物、包含20条连锁群的大豆遗传图谱,该图谱覆盖基因组长度为3066.5cM,标记间平均长度为16.31cM。每个连锁群长度范围为32.0~335.6cM,标记范围在4~15个,D2、L、D1b、C2、O连锁标记比较密集。
In this paper a F2:7 of four-way recombinant inbred lines population with 160 individuals which come from the doub- le cross ( Kenfeng 14 × Kenfeng 15) × ( Heinong 48 × Kenfeng 19) was used as experimental material to construct a linkage map. A new soybean linkage map was consistent of 154 SSR primers allocated in 20 linkage groups (LG). The linkage map covered 3 066. 5 cM of the whole genome and the average distance among markers was 16. 13 cM, and the length of LG varied from 32. 0 to 335.6 cM. The number of markers in each LG ranged from 4 to 15 and high density of markers appeared on LG D2, L, Dlb, C2 and O.
