在转炉炼钢中确定好每炉钢氧枪基本枪位至关重要,对喷溅和氧枪黏钢问题进行了分析。及时更改各个阶段氧枪枪位可降低喷溅现象发生的几率。在返干期及时更改枪位或加料时机可避免氧枪黏钢现象。
Defining each furnace steel in converter steelmaking oxygen lance basic gun is crucial, to splash and oxygen gun steel sticking problems are analyzed. Timely change at all stages of lance position may reduce the risk of splash phenomenon occurs. In return the dry period feeding time to change the timing of the gun position or avoid sticky steel lance phenomenon.
