The micro process of learning is proposed under the theory of“learning process”, which describes the developing progress of students’ related knowledge and ability about one topic or task within a certain time span, the essence of which is a refined version of miniature teaching plan. It is necessary to combine with the characteristic of specialized course teaching secondary vocational schools, follow the evolution path from the practice to understanding, from perceptual to rational to build three“process node”of tasks, problems and concepts, and build a“process chain”of attempt, reflection and explanation, in order to form the resultant force of teaching reform. The micro process of learning reveals the rule of development of practice and know of secondary vocational students from low to high levels, and reveals the career growth path of students from novice to technology expert. Because of that, it becomes a new thought for reform of specialized course teaching of secondary vocational schools.
