翻转课堂在应用型人才培养中的应用研究——以鲁东大学“金工实习”课程为例

Study on Practice of Cultivating Application-oriented Talents by Utilizing Flipped Classroom——The Case of“Metalworking Practice”of Ludong University

从应用型人才培养的角度出发,做好课程设计,把视频技术、网络技术引入"金工实习"教学过程之中,尝试翻转课堂的教学模式。在论证翻转课堂教学模式有效性过程中,根据自愿选择原则将参与金工实习课程的学生分成若干小组,分别采用传统课堂模式和翻转课堂模式授课。通过问卷设计、调查、统计分析,论证翻转课堂在应用型人才培养中的积极作用,提出在应用型人才培养中实施翻转课堂的制约因素及应对策略。

With the hope of cultivating application-oriented talents, it aims to make good course designs and introduce video and internet technologies into“metalworking practice”by using the teaching model of flipped classroom. It divides the students of metalworking practice into groups according to the student＇s choice, and teaches them through traditional model and flipped classroom model separately. By the design, investigation and statistical analysis of questionnaires, it attempts to prove the positive role of flipped classroom in cultivating application-oriented talents, and explore the constraints in implementing flipped classroom model and the corresponding strategies.
