摘要
产教融合是提高现代职业教育办学水平的重要途径,将PDCA循环管理法应用于产教融合过程管理,可持续提高高职教学质量。依据职业标准制订课程内容(教学计划P),到教学与生产一体化(教学实施D),再到毕业证和职业资格证双证考核(教学检查C),最后总结固化经验、提出产教融合过程中影响教学质量问题的解决方法,并进入下一次循环(提升水平A),以此构建一个动态、循环的提高产教融合质量的过程管理方法,促进产教融合呈阶梯式前进、螺旋式上升、规范化管理,推动现代职业教育高质量快速发展。
Producation-teaching fusion is the important way to improve the school-running level of vocational education. Applying PDCA circulation management into process management of higher vocational education can improve the quality of teaching of higher vocational education persistently. It is necessary to, according to professional standards, develop curriculum content(plan), implement teaching and production integration (Do)as well as the diploma and vocational qualification certificate examinations(Check), finally sum up the experiences of curing and put forward the solution to the quality of teaching question of in the integration process of production and education, and then turn into the next cycle (Action) improvement,so as to build a dynamic, circulation process management method to improve the quality of the fusion of production and education, to promote the fusion of production and education to be stepped forward, spiral escalation, standardized management,and promote rapid development of modern vocational education quality.
