基于校企合作的人才培养培训基地建设实践——以河北机车技师学院为例

On the Construction Practice of Talents Cultivating and Training Based on College-enterprise Cooperation——The Case of Hebei Locomotive Technician College

从我国高铁进入快速发展期的现状出发,以与中国北车集团唐山轨道客车有限责任公司60多年的办学合作经验为背景,河北机车技师学院分析企业需求,搭建高端培训平台,推行"四个意识,四个主动作风"培训服务战略,构建动车教学基地、培训实训基地、师资培养和员工终身教育基地,全面开展高铁技能人才培训体系,以实现学院与企业发展的互利双赢。

As CHN DMU entering the period of rapid development and Hebei Locomotive Technician College cooperating with Tangshan Railway Vehicle Co.,LTD for more than 60 years, Hebei Locomotive Technician College gives a deep insight into analyzing the requirements of enterprises, builds a high-end training platform and carries out actively the training service strategies of“four consciousness and four active styles”. Therefore,four bases of DMU teaching,training,teachers and lifelong education are constructed, and a comprehensive development of DMU technician talent training system is conducted. As a consequence,a win-win situation is achieved between the development of college and enterprise.
