摘要 针对液压机机身刚强度不足和偏重问题,运用基于传力路径的结构优化方法,对其进行改进。首先根据压机三维模型建立其有限元模型,进行静态刚强度分析,确定了机身结构中的薄弱环节,然后运用拓扑优化方法,获得了机身的最佳材料分布和结构概念方案,最后运用尺寸优化方法对机身进行详细设计,获得优化的机身结构。结果显示,优化的机身在满载工况下最大位移减小36%,喉口处最大应力减小38.1%,同时本体结构质量减小了12.67%,提高了压机性能,节约了材料,达到了液压机机身结构优化的设计目标。 In the view of insufficient stiffness and over weight of a hydraulic press body,it was ameliorated by the structure optimization based on the force transfer path. First,based on 3D model of the hydraulic press,its finite element model was set up. Then,the static stiffness and strength were calculated,and the weak points of the press body were determined. Further,the best material distribution and the structure concept solution were gained by the topology optimization method,and a detailed design was accomplished by size optimization method. Finally,the optimal body structure was obtained. The result shows that the maximal displacement under the full load reduces by 36%,the maximal stress in the throat opening decreases by 38. 1%,and the hydraulic press mass declines by 12. 67%. Therefore,the performance of the hydraulic press is improved and the material is saved,and the optimization goal of the hydraulic press body is achieved.
