摘要
合成了大小为400~500nm片状的短孔道SBA-15,并在其表面固载奎宁,制得一种有效的非均相有机催化剂,对其进行了XRD、FT—IR、电镜表征。以查尔酮类化合物与丙二腈的不对称Michael加成反应为模型考察了非均相催化剂催化活性,结果表明:以短孔道SBA-15为载体的催化剂和以常规SBA-15为载体的催化剂对查耳酮、4-甲氧基查尔酮、4-氟查尔酮为底物的反应产物收率对比为56%VS50%,58%VS45%,60%VS54%,对映选择性对比为56%VS36%,37%VS26%,41%VS34%。与SBA-15为载体固载奎宁制备催化剂相比,短孔道SBA-15固载的奎宁催化剂表现出了高于前者的催化活性和对映选择性。
Short-mesochannel SBA-15 with the size of 400 -500 nm was synthesized and immobilized quinine to build an effective heterogeneous chiral organic catalyst. It was characterized by XRD, FT- IR, SEM and TEM. The heterogeneous catalyst was evaluated for the asymmetric Michael addition of malononitrile to chalcones. The short-mesochannel SBA-15 supported catalyst compared with conventional SBA-15 to chalcone, 4-methoxy chalcone, 4-fluoro chalcone for the asymmetric Michael addition reaction, experimental results show that product yield were 56% VS 50%, 58% VS 45% and 60% VS 54%, theenantioselectivities were 56% VS 36%, 37% VS 26% and 41% VS 34%. For most substrate, higher catalytic activities and enantioselectivities were achieved than the conventional catalyst.
