摘要
以国内和国外混合的重烷基苯磺酸、基础油、氢氧化钙、氧化钙为原料,甲苯为溶剂,甲醇为主促进剂及几种助促进剂,采用一步法工艺成功合成了超高碱值润滑油磺酸钙清净剂,考察了原料的加入量、促进剂种类、二氧化碳通入量以及通入速率等因素对产品各技术指标的影响。结果表明,较佳工艺条件为:基础油120g、氢氧化钙100g、甲醇26g、促进剂T、二氧化碳通入速率250mL/min、通入量27L。
The synthesis of calcium sulfonate with high alkaline was prepared by one step carbonation method. This preparation considered the mixed domestic heavy alkybenzene sulfonic acid and foreign sulfuric acid, base oil, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide and carbon dioxide as raw materials with methanol as accelerant and toluene as solvent. Influence of the amount of different raw materials, the types of accelerants, the amount rate and volume of carbon dioxide on the synthesis of high alkaline calcium sulfonate were investigated in respects of technical indication. The result indicates that the optimal conditions for this synthesis are referred to as the amount of base oil being 120 g, the amount of calcium hydroxide being 100 g, the amount of methanol being 26 g, accelerant agent being T, the flow rate of carbon dioxide being 250 mL/min, and the amount of carbon dioxide being 27 L.
