摘要
甘草次酸具有如下药理作用:抗炎及增强免疫、抗癌、抗肿瘤、肾上腺皮质激素样作用、抗氧化、对心肌缺血的影响、对消化系统平滑肌的作用、抗缺氧、镇咳去痰、抑菌、降血脂,降血糖、对淋巴系统作用、抑制白血病、抗利尿、对脏器发育和对内耳听觉功能的影响及其它作用等。其制备工艺有:甘草酸或甘草酸盐在酸性或碱性条件下水解,得到的沉淀物以有机溶剂萃取精制。对甘草次酸的药理作用及制备工艺进行了详细的综述,以期对甘草次酸的进一步研究提供参考。
Glycyrrhetinic acid has pharmacological effects as follows: anti inflammatory and immune enhancement, anti-cancer, anti tumor, an- tioxidant, anti hypoxia, relieving cough and phlegm, bacteriostasis, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic, lymphatic system, inhibition, anti leukemia, anti-di- uretic, effects on adrenal cortical hormone and digestive system of smooth muscle, influence on myocardial ischemia, organ development and hearing function of inner ear and other effects. The preparation processes of glyeyrrhetinic acid is using glycyrrhizic acid and glyeyrrhizie acid salt to hydroly- sis under acidic or alkaline conditions and then the precipitate obtained is extracted by organic solvent. The pharmacological action and the prepara- tion process of glycyrrhetinic acid were overviewed at large in the hope of reference for the further study.
