摘要
利用管式气氛炉、金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究了高温条件下镧对高铌钢奥氏体晶粒长大行为及室温组织的影响。将含镧和不含镧的实验钢加热到1250℃保温20 h后进行冰盐水淬火和随炉缓冷。结果表明,镧显著抑制高铌钢奥氏体晶粒长大,使原始奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸由146.5μm减小到70.2μm;镧的加入能够改善高铌钢随炉冷却后的室温组织,晶粒大小更加均匀,铁素体平均晶粒尺寸由27.3μm减小到17.4μm。实验结果能够为镧在高铌钢中的应用提供理论依据。
Effects of La on austenite grain growth behavior and room temperature microstructure of high niobium steel were studied through tube furnace,optical microscope( OM) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The main experimental parameters were heating temperature 1250 ℃ and holding time 20 h. After heating,the samples were quenched by ice brine or slow cooling in furnace. Results show that with increase of RE content,austenite grain growth is inhibited and the original austenite grain size decreases from 146. 5 μm to 70. 2 μm. Furthermore,the microstructure of slow cooling in furnace is improved,the grains are fine and uniform and the average ferrite grain size decreases from 27. 3 μm to 17. 4 μm. The results provide theoretical basis for application of La in high niobium steel.
