摘要
[目的]探讨如何规范应激性溃疡预防使用药物的方法，为其合理使用提供指导。[方法]采用回顾性调查方法对我院2013～2014年普通外科、骨外科、神经外科、泌尿外科和重症医学科的200例患者预防应激性溃疡用药情况进行评价。[结果]临床药师干预后，应激性溃疡预防用药指征合理率由75％升为98％，药物品种选择合理率由93％升为100％，药物用法用量合理率由92％升为100％，溶媒用量与药物配伍合理率由91％升为100％，使用疗程合理率由86％升为99％。[结论]临床药师干预后，应激性溃疡预防用药合理率明显提高。
[Objective]To explore the standard medical therapy on preventing the stress ulcer.[Methods] Preventive treatment of stress ulcer in 200 patients from departments of general surgery ,orthopedic surger‐y ,neurosurgery ,urology and intensive care unit during the period of 2013 to 2014 in our hospital w as ana‐lyzed by retrospective investigation.[Results]After clinical pharmacist intervention ,the reasonable rate of preventive medicine use for stress ulcer was increased from 75% to 98% ,the reasonable rate of drug varie‐ties chosen was increased from 93% to 100% ,the reasonable rate of drug usage and dosage was increased from 92% to 100% ,the reasonable rate of the amount of solvent and drug compatibility was increased from 91% to 100% ,the reasonable rate of course of treatment was increased from 86% to 99%.[Conclusion]Af‐ter clinical pharmacist intervention ,the reasonable rates of preventive medicine use for stress ulcer are sig‐nificantly improved.
