血红素加氧酶-1在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

Expression and clinical significance of hemeoxygenase-1 in colorectal carcinoma

摘要 [目的]探讨血红素加氧酶-1(hemeoxygenase-1,HO-1)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理学特征的相关性。[方法]采用免疫组化SABC法检测HO-1在65例大肠癌中的表达,以20例大肠腺瘤、20例正常大肠组织作为对照。[结果]HO-1阳性表达主要定位于细胞质中,散在于细胞核中。在正常大肠黏膜组织、大肠腺瘤组织、大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为5%、45%、67%;正常大肠与大肠腺瘤、大肠癌组织比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而大肠癌与大肠腺瘤比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HO-l的阳性表达随淋巴结的转移及肿瘤分化程度的降低呈正相关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]HO-1在大肠癌高表达,表达的高低与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度高低有关,提示HO-1可能与大肠癌的发生、浸润、转移密切相关,HO-1有可能作为大肠癌新的标志物及评估大肠癌进展的客观指标。 [Objective]To study the expression and clinicopathologic significance of hemeoxygenase‐1 (HO‐1)in colorectal carcinoma.[Methods]HO‐1 in sixty‐five cases of colorectal carcinoma ,20 cases of nor‐mal cororectal mucosa and 20 cases of colorectal adenoma were examined by SABC immumohistochemical method.[Results]HO‐1 was mainly expressed in cytoplasm.The positive rates of HO‐1 in normal colorectal mucosa specimens ,colorectal adenoma and colorectal were 5% ,45% and 67% ,respectively.The difference among colorectal adenoma ,colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal mucosa specimens was significant(P〈0.05).But the difference between colorectal carcinoma and colorectal adenoma was not significant(P〉0.05).The high expression of HO‐1 in colorectal carcinoma was found to be associated to the Dukes stages and differentiation of carcinoma ,but unrelated to sex ,age(P〉0.05) .[Conclusion]HO‐1 is highly expressed in colorectal carcinoma and the high expression of HO‐1 in colorectal carcinoma is found to be associated to the Dukes stages and differentiation of carcinoma ,w hich may provide advantage for determine its growth.HO‐1 can be used as a new target of chemotherapy ,providing a new way for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
