针对现行组织机构代码证IC卡读取数据不方便等问题,为设计哈尔滨市机构电子证书提出新的设计思路:基于智能密码钥匙技术,改进原有系统存储容量小等弊端,创新性地设计打印机一体化发卡的方案,提高了工作效率和系统性能,节约了生产成本。

This paper analysis in situation and problems of the nowadays Harbin＇s Organization Electronic Certificate, that proposed new ideas for design 2^th copies of organization code certificate. We base on proven technique, continuous improve original system, introduce to innovative design, one-time issue card make use of printer. In this way, increase working efficiency and system performance, saving cost of production.
