摘要
选择抗菌整理剂和防紫外整理剂,经两浴浸渍法复合整理工艺,对双罗纹全棉针织面料进行抗菌和防紫外的复合功能整理。在抗菌整理工艺的基础上,经整理温度、整理时间和整理剂浓度三因素三水平正交试验,优选了防紫外线整理的工艺参数:整理时间为25 min,防紫外整理剂质量浓度为40 g/L,整理温度为20℃。经优选工艺整理的针织物兼具良好的抗菌和防紫外线功能。
Two kinds of agents of anti-bacterial and UV resistance were selected to treat pure combing cotton interlock knitted fabric with ＂two-bath＂dipping method. Based on the finishing process of anti-bacterial,the orthogonal test with three factor three level of treatment temperature,treatment time and mass concentration of finishing agent of UV-protective were discussed. The experimental results showed that the optimum finishing process parameters were： temperature was 20 ℃,treatment time was 25 min and mass concentration of finishing agent was 40 g / L. After being treated with optimized process,the knitted fabric has both good antibacterial and UV resistance function.
