摘要
【目的】通过室内药剂药效实验,筛选对杨叶甲幼虫毒杀效果较好的杀虫剂。【方法】应用浸液法和浸叶饲喂法,测试四种杀虫剂对杨叶甲幼虫的杀虫活性。【结果】40%辛硫磷EC、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC和48%毒死蜱EC采用饲喂法,处理试虫60 h后死亡率均在97%以上,采用浸液法,处理试虫60 h后死亡率均在89%以上。40%辛硫磷EC,48%毒死蜱EC对杨叶甲幼虫的胃毒作用高于触杀作用。3.2%阿维菌素EC在厂家推荐剂量上采用两种方法,处理试虫60 h后最高死亡率仅为58%。【结论】40%辛硫磷EC,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯,48%毒死蜱EC对杨叶甲幼虫毒杀效果好,而3.2%阿维菌素EC毒杀效果差。
【Objective】To screen a kind of insecticide with better insecticidal activity against larval of Chrysomela populi Linnaeus through laboratory test. 【Method】Immersion method and feeding leaf dip method were applied to evaluate the insecticidal activity of four insecticides against Chrysomela populi Linnaeus larval.【Result】60 h After being treated by 40% phoxim EC,4. 5% efficient cypermethrin EC and 48% chlorpyrifos EC through feeding leaf dip method,the mortality of larval was above 97%. And the mortality of larval that was treated by the above three insecticides through immersion method was above 89%. Stomach toxicity of40% phoxim EC and 48% chlorpyrifos EC was higher than that by the contact toxicity. 3. 2% avermectin EC at the recommended dose,using the above two methods,after 60 h the highest mortality was only 58%.【Conclusion】Insecticidal activity of 40% phoxim EC,4. 5% efficient cypermethrin EC and 48% chlorpyrifos EC was better than 3. 2% avermectin EC.
