VEGF及其受体KDR在老年宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:6

Expression and clinical significance of VEGF and KDR in elderly patients with cervical cancer

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其激酶插入区受体(KDR)在老年宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其对该疾病诊断的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测并比较宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasm,CIN)组织、早期宫颈癌(invasive carcinoma of cervix,ICC)组织及正常宫颈上皮(normal cervical epithelium,NCE)组织的VEGF和KDR的表达水平;同时采用CD34进行标记,检测组织的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD),观察其与VEGF、KDR的关系。结果 (1)从NCE到CIN再到ICC,VEGF及KDR的表达阳性率逐渐升高,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)与NCE组比较,采用CD34标记的ICC组和CIN组的MVD值均明显升高(P<0.05);(3)在CIN和ICC 2组中,MVD随着VEGF、KDR表达强度的增加而升高(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF及其受体KDR在老年宫颈癌组织中均有高表达,同时与组织的MVD呈正相关,为宫颈癌靶向治疗药物的筛查及临床辅助诊断与治疗提供了参考。 Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and its receptors,kinase insert domain containing receptor( KDR) and to discover clinical diagnostic significance in elderly patients with cervical cancer. Methods Expression of VEGF and KDR of cancer cells in tumor stroma by immunohistochemistry SP method and micro vessel density( MVD) labeled by CD34 were detected and compared in the tissue of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm( CIN),early invasive carcinoma of cervix( ICC) and normal cervical epithelium( NCE). Results( 1) The positive rate of VEGF and KDR increased remarkably from NCE to CIN,and then to ICC,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05);( 2) The value of MVD labeled by CD34 in the CIN and ICC was significantly higher than that in the NCE( P〈0. 05);( 3) The value of MVD was positively associated with the expression intensity of VEGF and KDR in both CIN and ICC group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions VEGF and its receptors KDR in elderly patients with cervical cancer are highly expressed. MVD is positively related to the expression of VEGF and KDR. This provides a reliable reference in cervical cancer for targeted drug screening,clinical diagnosis and treatment.
