通过对近5年针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的进展分析，得出以下结论：治疗方法以常规针刺、电针、温针、穴位注射为多：经脉主要选取督脉、足太阳膀胱经和足少阳胆经：取穴多以腰夹脊穴、阿是穴为主，多配合肾俞、大肠俞、秩边、委中等：治疗方法常采用配合针灸的综合疗法。存在的主要问题有：缺乏相应病因病理机制方面的深入研究：尚无统一的疗效标准：少见针对某种类型的研究：治疗方法杂乱，难以选取最佳的治疗组合方案。

By analyzing the research process of acupuncture therapy for lumbar disc herniation in recent 5 years, the following conclusion has come up： conventional acupuncture, electroaeupuneture, warmed needle, acupoint injection are the main treatments; governor vessel, urinary bladder chan- nel of foot taiyang and gall bladder channel of foot shaoyang are the main choices; paravertebral points in waist, living aeupoint are the main points, and always combined with other acupoints such as Shenshu, Dachangshu, Zhibian, Weizhong; the treatments which combined with acupuncture ther- apy are usually used. The existing problems have： lack of the further studies on the mechanism of pathogeny and pathology; still no unified efficacy standard; studies which for some types are rare; treatments are so complex that it＇s difficult to choose the best treatment combination plan.
