摘要
分析了我国当前配电网分支线保护配置方案及其对用户年平均停电损失的影响,为降低用户年平均停电损失,提出一种分支线保护选配方法。该方法将分支线路分为3类,综合考虑分支线路负荷容量、长度等因素,通过比较配置不同保护时的用户年平均停电损失,选取最优配置方案,为现场选配分支线保护提供技术支持。为方便现场使用,对选配方法进行合理的简化处理,并通过实例分析验证了该选配方法能够有效减少用户年平均停电损失。
Branch line protection configuration scheme of distribution protection is analyzed.A method of protection selection is proposed to reduce the customer interruption cost.Load capacity and length of the branch line are taken into account in this method, and branch lines are divided into three categories.Optimal protection scheme is selected by comparing the interruption cost when using different protection scheme.This method can provide technical support for field use.The method is legitimately simplified for the convenience of field use, and it is verified by example analysis in reducing the customer interruption cost_
