摘要
采用浙江中控研究院有限公司自主研发的中央处理器芯片:CMC540C128为主控制单元,设计了智能压力变送器,对其硬件设计方法和软件设计流程进行了介绍,同时对测量数据的高低值校准补偿算法进行了分析介绍。为智能压力变送器产品的国产化率的进一步提升,提供了理论依据和具体的实践方式。
An intelligent pressure transmitter is designed using a CMC processor: CMC540C128, which is supplied by SUPCON Group, Zhejiang. The pressure transmitter hardware and software design are introduced, and then a High-Low value calibration algorithm is introduced. Using this kind of CMC processor, we can promote localization ratio of intelligent pressure transmitter.
