摘要
本文提出了磁性角度传感器信号处理的实现方案,采用霍尔磁环组合产生信号,并利用差分方式采集原始信号,对信号处理过程中的模数差分和模拟差分进行了详细的理论分析,对比研究发现,模数差分相比模拟差分在某些时刻会引入噪声,导致结果失真,从而引起后续运算出现较大的误差,而采用模拟差分的处理方法可以保证角度传感器信号采集的准确性,可以提高传感器的输出精度。
In the paper, a new scheme of the signal processing for magnetic encode was proposed, which used halls combined with magnetic ring to produce signal. The initial signal was gotten by the way of difference, and the digital difference and analog difference in the signal processing were introduced in detail. It was found that the noise would be brought if the digital difference was used. Then, it would bring the wrong result, and the later computation would get more errors. However, the collect accuracy could be guaranteed if the analog difference was used to deal with signal, which was useful to improve the precision of magnetic encoder.
