昆阆牌加参灵片对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

The regulation effects of JIASHENLING tablet on immune function in mice

目的观察昆阆牌加参灵片对小鼠特异性及非特异性免疫功能的调节作用。方法清洁级ICR雄性小鼠随机分为对照组及昆阆牌加参灵片低、中、高剂量组,每组20只。对照组每日灌胃给予0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠20ml/kg,昆阆牌加参灵片低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予加参灵片0.25、0.5、1.0g/kg,每日1次,连续灌胃30天。计算小鼠胸腺、肝脏和脾脏系数,测定小鼠廓清指数K,吞噬指数α,T淋巴细胞转化功能,NK细胞活性和血清溶血素生成。结果昆阆牌加参灵片能明显增强小鼠脏器系数,廓清指数和吞噬指数,提高NK细胞活性,促进血清溶血素生成和T淋巴细胞增殖反应。结论昆阆牌加参灵片对小鼠特异性及非特异性免疫功能具有增强作用。

Objective To observe the regulation effects of JIASHENLING tablet on specific and non-specific immune function in mice. Methods Healthy ICR mice were randomly divided into control group,and low, middle and high groups of JIASHENLING tablet. Control group was treated by 0.5%CMC-Na 20ml/kg with intragastric administration. Low, middle and high groups of JIASHENLING tablet were treated by JIASHENLING tablet 0.25, 0.5, 1.0g/kg with intragastric administration. One time every day, continuous intragastric administration for 30 days. The coefficients of thymus, liver and spleen were calculated.The phagocytic index K, phagocytic activity α, T-lymphocyte transformation function, NK cytoactive and serum haemolysin form in mice were determined.Results JIASHENLING tablet could significantly strengthen the organ coefficients, phagocytic index and phagocytic activity, elevate NK cytoactive,and promote serum haemolysin form and T-lymphproliferation response. Conclusion JIASHENLING tablet could strengthen the specific and non-specific immune function in mice.
