摘要
目的为了掌握吉林省部分地区人参产品中总黄酮含量。方法选用4年5年的红参、人参叶、活性参、高丽参和生晒参,依据保健食品检验与评价技术规范中总黄酮含量测定。结果人参中总黄酮的含量随年份增加而有所增高,尤其以人参叶为最高。结论吉林省人参产品中总黄酮含量较高,适宜食用。
Objective:In order to study the total content of flavones in ginseng products from parts of jilin province. Method: The Samples were four years and five years red ginseng、folium ginseng、active Ginseng、Korean ginseng、sun-dried ginseng. ccording to the methods in technical standards for testing and assessment of health food. Results The content of flavones in ginseng is increased with the year grows, and the highest content of flavones found in folium ginseng.Conclusion:Flavonoids content is higher in jilin ginseng products, Suitable for eating
