三七保健酒缓解体力疲劳功能性试验研究

目的研究三七保健酒缓解体力疲劳功能。方法通过经口给予小鼠负重游泳试验,血清尿素测定试验,肝糖原测定试验和血乳酸测定试验对三七保健酒进行功能性研究。结果能明显延长小鼠负重游泳的时间,减少运动时血清尿素的生成,增加肝糖原的储备,对小鼠的体重和血乳酸无明显影响。结论三七保健酒具有缓解体力疲劳的功能性作用。

Purpose Of panax notoginseng health wine alleviate physical fatigue function。 Method By oral administration of mice swimming test,Serum urea determination test,Determination of hepatic glycogen and blood lactic acid test test to assess the function of three seven health wine。 Result Can prolong the mice swimming time,Reduce the serum urea during exercise,The increase of liver glycogen,No significant effects on body weight and blood lactic acid in mice。 Conclusion Three seven health wine has function of relieving physical fatigue effect。
