松塔多糖的抗氧化实验研究

Study on Antioxidant experiment of Pinus koraiensis pinecone

目的研究红松松塔多糖的体外抗氧化能力。方法采用水提醇沉法提取红松松塔中的多糖,运用苯酚—硫酸法对多糖的含量进行测定,以DPPH法进行体外抗氧化实验。结果松塔多糖的含糖量为20.1%,对DPPH自由基具有较强的清除能力,具有还原能力。结论松塔多糖具有较强强的抗氧化作用。

Objective To research the polysaccharide＇s antioxidant capacity of Pinus koraiensis＇ pinecone.Method The pinecone was obtained with the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, and the polysaccharide content of the extraction was measured with the Phenol-sulfuric acid method.And using DPPH method to test in vitro antioxidant capacity. Results The content of Pinecone＇s polysaccharide is 65.7%, the polysaccharide has strong ability of DPPH free radical scavenging activity, and strong reducing power. Conclusion Pinecone＇s polysaccharide has strong antioxidant capacity.
