中平能化集团低碳经济发展问题及对策研究

Study on low carbon economic development issues and countermeasures of China Pingmei Energy and Chemical Group

围绕低碳经济,考察了中平能化集团低碳发展现状及存在的问题,从提高低碳意识、创新低碳技术、发展低碳金融、寻求国际低碳合作、塑造企业伦理和低碳文化以及建立健全低碳经济法律体系和配套实施机制6个方面给出了低碳发展的对策建议。

Around the low carbon economy, the present status and problems of the low carbon development existed in China Pingmei Energy and Chemical Group were investigated. The countermeasure proposals on the low carbon development were provided from the six aspects to improve the low carbon sense, to innovate the low carbon technology, to develop the low carbon finance, to look for international low carbon cooperation, to build the enterprise ethics and low carbon culture and to set up the full health low carbon economic legal system and the matched implemented mechanism.
