微通道(双通道)经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效 被引量:37

摘要 复杂性肾结石是临床上并不罕见的泌尿系统疾病,一般是指鹿角形肾结石,也包括多发性肾结石及马蹄肾结石等。复杂性肾结石的治疗是目前临床上公认的难题。为尽可能地保护患者残存肾的肾功能,应尽早将患者体内的肾结石完全清除。经皮肾镜碎石术是该病的主要治疗手段,该手术的主要优点是创伤小,且具有较高的碎石清除率,术后患者并发症的发生率也低,是临床上广泛应用的治疗方法。
