优质护理在院内感染控制中的应用效果

The application effect of high quality nursing on hospital infection control

目的探讨优质护理在院内感染控制中的应用效果。方法将1362例实施优质护理服务来控制院内感染的心内科患者设为观察组,将1842例实施常规护理的心内科患者设为对照组,比较2组患者院内感染的控制情况。结果观察组总感染率和各感染部位、各年龄段的感染率均显著低于对照组,且住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组感染健康知识评分、护理质量以及患者、医生、护士的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够最大限度消除感染的危险因素,有效控制院内感染的发生,确保患者的住院安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of hospital quality nursing on hospital infection control. Methods A total of 1362 patients in cardiology department with quality nursing service were chosen as the observation group, 1842 cases with routine nursing were chosen as the control group, the infection control were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of infection, infection site, infection age, hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Health knowledge score, nursing quality, patients, doctors and nurses＇ satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing can maximize elimination of the infection risk factors and effectively control the infection in hospital to ensure the safety of patients in hospital.
