机械排痰联合雾化吸入在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用对照研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨机械排痰联合雾化吸入在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法将80例呼吸衰竭的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,2组均给予无创正压通气治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予机械排痰联合雾化吸入,比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的p(O2)、Sa O2高于对照组,p(CO2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的排痰量多于对照组,机械通气时间、住院时间短于对照组,呼吸困难指数的改善好于对照组,气管插管率、不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械排痰联合雾化吸入能够有效改善呼吸衰竭患者的血气指标,提高机械通气的效果,减少不良反应的发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical drainage combined with atomization inhalation in patients with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 80 respiratory failure patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the two groups were both treated by noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, the control group was received routine nursing, the observation group was given mechanical expectoration combined with inhalation based on the control group, and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the p(O2) and SaO2 after the treatment group were higher than that in the control group, and the p(CO2) was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Sputum in the observation group was more than that in the control group, the duration of mechanical ventilation, hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, dyspnea index was better than that in the control group, endotracheal intubation, and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Mechanical ventilation combined with atomization inhalation can effectively improve the blood gas index of patients with respiratory failure, improve the effect of mechanical ventilation, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
