人文关怀在宫外孕护理中的临床应用价值研究

Clinical application value of humane care in ectopic pregnancy nursing

目的探讨在宫外孕患者护理中应用人文关怀的价值。方法选取本院妇产科收治的宫外孕患者214例,随机分为对照组与观察组各107例,对照组产患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用人文关怀护理模式,观察比较2组患者的治疗后康复状况与护理满意程度并行统计学处理分析。结果观察组患者护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对基础护理、心理辅导、健康教育与服务态度等护理工作的满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫外孕患者实施人文关怀护理模式可有效缓解其负性心理情绪,提升护理满意程度。

Objective To evaluate the value of humane care in the ectopic pregnancy nursing. Methods A total of 214 ectopic pregnancy patients in the obstetric and gynecology department of our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group contained 107 cases. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group was given humane care mode. The rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction status after the treatment of two groups were observed and compared, and were statistically treated and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the SAS score and SDS score after the nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05） ; Nursing work satisfaction scores in primary care, psychological counseling, health education and service attitude in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of humane care in the ectopic pregnancy nursing can significantly relieve the negative psychological emotion, and promote nursing satisfaction.
